Qualification
A diploma or degree in sales and marketing, or any related business discipline, is required for this position.
Hands-on experience within a Microfinance Institution is essential for this role.
With a minimum of four years of experience in a leadership role, such as Team Leader or Branch Manager, you will bring proven expertise to this position.
