Girls Not Brides is searching for a seasoned Head of Impact and Strategy Performance to spearhead the organization’s monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) and impact functions. In this pivotal role within the Learning, Evidence and Impact Directorate, you will provide leadership to the Impact team while collaborating closely with the Director to refine the organization’s strategic vision. This position entails developing and implementing monitoring strategies to assess performance against our results framework and impact measurement goals. Your responsibilities will include establishing robust systems, tools, and processes to gather evidence and data, as well as crafting compelling narratives that effectively communicate our progress toward strategic objectives.

In this position, you will spearhead leadership for MEAL systems and strategic planning initiatives, fostering collaboration across teams to guarantee that our efforts are impactful, strategically aligned, and results-driven. Additionally, you will oversee monitoring, evaluation, and reporting processes to ensure transparency, accountability, and the use of findings to guide informed decision-making. Your responsibilities will also include enhancing organizational MEAL and performance frameworks, as well as producing and disseminating clear, credible, and persuasive evidence of our impact to key stakeholders.

We are seeking a Contract Manager to oversee and administer contractual agreements, ensuring compliance with terms, conditions, and legal obligations. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contract terms, monitoring performance against agreed-upon milestones, and resolving any disputes that may arise. Responsible for developing, deploying, and refining MEAL systems, tools, and processes organization-wide to ensure their strength, alignment, and uniform application.

Ensure meticulous collection, analysis, and reporting of high-quality data for all projects, programs, and organizational initiatives, thereby supporting evidence-based decision-making and adaptive programming.

You will be responsible for directing the creation of the annual Impact Report as well as key contributions to the Trustees Annual Report, ensuring both documents are grounded in strong evidence, deliver meaningful insights, and clearly demonstrate organizational accountability.
