What you’ll do:

As the Senior Sales & Customer Manager, you will serve as the primary representative of the school to families and the broader community, embodying its values and mission through every interaction. Your strategic focus will be on accelerating enrollment growth while ensuring an exceptional experience for students and parents, achieved through the following key responsibilities:

Craft and implement a comprehensive student recruitment strategy tailored to DISC’s four campuses.

Enhance enrollment expansion and oversee the entire admissions process from start to finish.

Develop robust prospect pipelines by cultivating strategic alliances and conducting targeted outreach initiatives.

Facilitate parent engagement and student retention programs with unwavering dedication to bolstering educational outcomes and fostering a collaborative school community.

Monitor and analyze admissions performance using the CRM system, then provide detailed insights and reports to senior management to support data-driven decision-making.

Direct the local admissions and marketing team, fostering collaboration and ensuring cohesive execution of strategies to enhance institutional visibility and recruitment efforts.

Collaborate closely with Heads of School to align on enrollment strategies and priorities.

Ensure strong and consistent Enko brand visibility across campuses

The successful applicant will possess:

A bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Education Management, or a related discipline establishes a solid foundation for implementing admissions strategies and advancing institutional development goals.

With a minimum of five to seven years of experience in Sales, Admissions, Marketing, or Customer Relationship Management, this role is instrumental in fostering enrollment growth, streamlining the admissions pipeline, and delivering an exceptional experience for prospective families throughout their journey from initial engagement to final enrollment.

With a strong background in driving growth and optimizing conversion strategies, this role is crucial for enhancing DISC’s enrollment initiatives, elevating conversion rates, and advancing the institution’s strategic long-term development goals.

Critical for the effective management of the admissions function, prior experience in team leadership and stakeholder coordination is essential. This role demands collaboration with both academic and operational teams, as well as the ability to ensure seamless alignment across all departments.

Proficiency in CRM tools and digital marketing strategies is essential to streamline inquiry management, monitor admissions data, and enhance outreach and visibility via digital platforms.

Proficiency in analytical methods and familiarity with KPIs and reporting tools are essential for evaluating performance, detecting emerging patterns, and driving informed strategic decisions to enhance admissions results.

Exceptional interpersonal abilities are required to effectively connect with prospective families, uphold DISC’s professional reputation, and foster trust among all stakeholders, both internally and externally.

A demonstrated commitment to customer excellence, paired with an engaged and proactive work ethic, is essential for ensuring a seamless and high-quality admissions process. The ability to anticipate and promptly address family needs throughout the entire enrollment journey is critical to success.

Proficiency in the Kenyan private or international school sector is crucial for accurately interpreting the local environment, strategically positioning DISC, and uncovering avenues for expansion.
