Position Summary

Empowered to navigate their environment freely, they take the necessary actions to ensure a seamless experience. From handling operational tasks and fulfilling guest requests to compiling reports and offering insights into local attractions, the Guest Experience Expert transforms routine transactions into meaningful moments.

Success in any role requires a steadfast commitment to key priorities, including fostering a secure work environment, adhering to established company policies and procedures, maintaining strict confidentiality, safeguarding company assets, upholding stringent quality standards, and presenting oneself—through attire, personal grooming, and communication—in a polished and professional manner. Guest Experience Experts will frequently engage in physically demanding tasks, such as prolonged periods of standing, sitting, or walking, as well as active participation in duties requiring movement, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance. Executing these responsibilities effectively—alongside any other pertinent job-related assignments—is essential for Guest Experience Experts to consistently deliver exceptional service to our guests and uphold the integrity of our business.

Preferred Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with three to five years of experience in software development or systems administration. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is highly desirable. Candidates should possess strong problem-solving skills, proficiency in scripting languages like Python or Bash, and the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams. Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code (IAC) tools like Terraform or Ansible is a plus. Excellent communication abilities and a passion for continuous learning are also valued.

Preferred Qualifications: A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a closely related discipline is required for this role.

Minimum of one to two years of prior experience in a Front Office position is required.

Professional experience in a hospitality or luxury service setting is preferred, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in five-star hotel environments.
