Your duties encompass overseeing daily operations to ensure seamless workflow efficiency, conducting performance evaluations for team members, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance productivity. Drive sales initiatives vigorously across the East Africa region, with particular emphasis on Tanzania, within the MI and NI portfolio.

Acquire comprehensive knowledge of East African market dynamics, customer strategies, and digital infrastructure priorities.

Nokia collaborates with clients to pinpoint and develop opportunities, ensuring our solutions are precisely tailored to address their unique business and technological challenges.

Develop and implement strategic initiatives for assigned accounts to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.

Oversee the sales pipeline with full accountability, maintaining precision and adherence to CRM protocols throughout the process.

Partner with worldwide and regional colleagues to craft strategic sales initiatives and compelling proposals that secure deals.

Collaborate effectively with delivery and operations teams to maintain alignment on execution strategies, risk management, and customer satisfaction metrics.

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Business, or a related field is required.

With a minimum of ten years of expertise in account management and solution sales, specifically within the telecom and/or IT sector.

Proficient in mobile network architecture, digital infrastructure systems, and automated processes, with a deep understanding of their interconnected operations and technical dependencies.

Proficient in mobile and fixed network environments, with a strong emphasis on applications in emerging markets.

Achieved consistent success in surpassing predefined sales benchmarks, demonstrating a strong ability to deliver results.

Seeking candidates with a proven track record in software and services sales within the telecommunications or IT sector—preference given to applicants demonstrating relevant experience.

Seasoned professionals with extensive expertise in overseeing partners and ecosystems within large-scale transformation initiatives will find this opportunity compelling.
