As an Associate Client Manager at NTT DATA, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with assigned accounts, fostering client satisfaction, and spearheading growth initiatives across all solution domains. Leveraging our advanced tools and proven methodologies, you will analyze clients’ needs and deliver customized solutions that precisely align with their unique business objectives.

You will cultivate and expand key relationships through strategic foresight and meticulous planning, collaborating with our worldwide office network to ensure outstanding client experiences. Your responsibilities will encompass achieving revenue and margin objectives while reducing client turnover and enhancing retention rates.

Leveraging your deep expertise in contemporary technology sales methodologies and industry trends, you will design and execute strategic account plans. Collaborating closely with pivotal stakeholders, you will identify and capitalize on business opportunities, drive revenue expansion, and guide clients through every stage of their purchasing journey.

Serving as the primary liaison, you will resolve client inquiries and uphold high standards of client satisfaction. Leveraging your specialized knowledge, you will translate clients’ requirements into practical resolutions, enabling them to realize their business objectives through our offerings.

To excel in this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications and capabilities:

Achieve all key performance indicators specified in the quarterly accountability matrix, as outlined within the Sales Execution Framework.

Develop and nurture strong, collaborative partnerships with essential stakeholders across designated accounts to ensure mutual success and alignment.

Collaborate with internal teams spanning support, service, and management to align efforts with account goals and fulfill client expectations.

Deliver measurable, profitable sales growth and fulfill strategic objectives consistently within assigned accounts.

Lead collaborative strategic account planning efforts to establish shared performance benchmarks, financial goals, and key milestones for one- and three-year planning horizons.

Regularly evaluate, elaborate on, and confirm client requirements to guarantee alignment with available solutions.

Spearhead the development of solutions by collaborating closely with key internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with client needs and specifications.

Consistently deliver exceptional customer service to uphold the company’s established standards of satisfaction.

Fulfill all mandatory training and development objectives within the specified timeframes.

Drive high-level executive involvement and secure executive sponsorship for initiatives within designated accounts.

Deliver precise, up-to-date reports on designated metrics in accordance with management directives.
