Job Summary
Rivet Software & Systems LTD seeks a motivated and dependable Onsite Technician to strengthen our expanding team. The successful applicant will deliver onsite technical support, execute system installations, perform routine maintenance, resolve technical issues, and provide customer assistance for our software and hardware solutions.
Oversee a comprehensive range of critical duties encompassing strategic planning, team leadership, and operational execution to align with organizational goals. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance productivity, efficiency, and compliance across all departments. Lead cross-functional initiatives to foster innovation, drive growth, and ensure seamless collaboration between teams. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to senior management to support informed decision-making. Deliver comprehensive onsite technical assistance and perform detailed troubleshooting as required.
Install, set up, maintain, and troubleshoot software and hardware systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Provide clients with comprehensive guidance on system installation and deliver responsive technical assistance for user inquiries.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues with efficiency and precision.
Perform regular maintenance tasks and system inspections to ensure optimal functionality.
Provide user training on system operations as needed to ensure proficient utilization.
Draft comprehensive technical reports and disseminate pertinent updates to stakeholders, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and timely delivery.
Deliver outstanding client support and maintain clear, consistent communication throughout all interactions.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. A minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, with proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team environment are essential. Familiarity with agile methodologies and version control systems, such as Git, is preferred. Excellent communication skills and a passion for continuous learning are also necessary.
A diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Technology, or a comparable discipline is required.
Basic understanding of computer systems, networking, and software support
Proficient communication and strong interpersonal capabilities are essential for fostering effective collaboration and building professional relationships.
Proven capability to operate autonomously with minimal oversight while maintaining high productivity and consistent performance standards.
