Oversee and execute a range of critical duties encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and performance analysis to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and workflows that enhance productivity, maintain compliance with industry standards, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align projects with business goals, allocate resources effectively, and mitigate risks through proactive measures. Monitor key performance indicators, generate insightful reports, and recommend data-driven strategies to optimize efficiency and drive sustainable growth. Serve as a liaison between senior leadership and operational teams to ensure clear communication, transparency, and accountability at all levels.

Formulate and implement a comprehensive security strategy and associated policies for Zuri, ensuring robust protection across all operational domains.

Direct oversight of physical security and information protection initiatives will be your responsibility, ensuring robust safeguarding of assets and sensitive data.

Identify, evaluate, and address security risks throughout the organization to ensure robust protection of critical assets and infrastructure. Conduct thorough risk assessments to pinpoint vulnerabilities, analyze potential threats, and implement proactive measures to mitigate exposures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enforce security policies, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Provide leadership and direction for incident response efforts, ensuring thorough investigations and effective crisis management protocols are implemented and maintained.

Ensure adherence to all applicable legal, regulatory, and industry-specific security standards.

Safeguard the physical safety and overall well-being of all employees, executives, and visitors.

Oversee and supervise entry and exit procedures to ensure restricted access to Zuri Health facilities.

Safeguard all Zuri Health assets, including equipment and intellectual property, against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

Develop and implement structured guidelines for medical and wellness outreach initiatives.

Provide dependable, on-site security solutions to safeguard the well-being of employees within their residential environments.

Offer enhanced security measures to safeguard the Chief Executive Officer.

Perform routine audits, risk evaluations, and security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with established standards.

Additionally, the incumbent may be tasked with other responsibilities as determined by the Chief Executive Officer from time to time.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, complemented by at least three years of hands-on experience in software development or systems engineering. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is required, along with a deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles. Familiarity with cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines is highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving skills, a commitment to continuous learning, and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams are essential. Candidates should also demonstrate strong communication abilities to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

A bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.

With a minimum of ten years of professional experience in security management and leadership capacities, the ideal candidate will bring a wealth of expertise to the role.

Demonstrates expertise in risk management principles and regulatory compliance frameworks, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and industry standards.

Seasoned professionals with a proven track record in overseeing the strategic and tactical aspects of enterprise security operations are sought. Candidates should demonstrate extensive hands-on experience in leading and coordinating security initiatives across large-scale organizational environments.
