Position Summary:

The successful candidate will spearhead the expansion of MSME business at the designated branch by focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and strategic relationship management to fulfill clients’ financial requirements.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning, operational management, and team leadership to drive organizational success. Ensure alignment with company objectives through meticulous project oversight, performance monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration. Facilitate the expansion of MSME operations by securing new lending and deposit prospects from both current and prospective clients.

Develop and nurture high-value advisory partnerships to attract lucrative clients while providing customized financial solutions.

Expand and oversee the MSME portfolio by identifying growth prospects, while maintaining profitability and operational excellence.

Enhance customer engagement by fostering consistent interactions, organizing structured meetings, maintaining precise records, and promoting the cross-selling of bank products.

Explore emerging business opportunities and potential partnerships, while delivering market insights and constructive feedback to enhance product offerings and strategic initiatives.

Manages financial obligations by overseeing credit policies, evaluating creditworthiness, and ensuring timely collections while mitigating risk exposure. Develops and enforces credit standards to optimize cash flow and reduce delinquencies, collaborating with sales and finance teams to align credit decisions with business objectives. Analyzes customer financial data, monitors credit limits, and initiates corrective actions for overdue accounts. Prepares comprehensive reports on credit performance, trends, and risk assessments to support strategic decision-making.

Evaluate loan applications by thoroughly analyzing customer requirements, financial data, and conducting comprehensive due diligence, which may involve on-site visits and verification of references.

Conduct thorough evaluations of applications to offer suitable approval recommendations while maintaining comprehensive and precise documentation.

Monitor loan applications through completion, inform customers of approval or denial outcomes, and collaborate with internal teams to satisfy all disbursement requirements.

Ensures adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies through systematic monitoring, assessment, and reporting. Develops and implements compliance programs, including training initiatives and audit procedures, to mitigate risks and foster a culture of ethical conduct. Identifies and evaluates regulatory changes, providing guidance to leadership on their implications. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure operational alignment with compliance standards. Maintains comprehensive documentation and records to demonstrate regulatory compliance and supports internal audits and inspections as required.

Ensure adherence to all regulatory mandates, internal bank policies, established risk frameworks, and operational guidelines, with particular emphasis on Know Your Customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering protocols.

Oversee risk management initiatives while maintaining thoroughness and precision in customer documentation, and provide essential support to daily branch operations.

Assist Branch Management in executing daily branch operations in strict adherence to established Bank Policies and Procedures.

Support organizational performance by delivering comprehensive reporting, maintaining a deep understanding of market dynamics, fostering collaborative efforts in marketing activities, and

Seeking a candidate with a strong academic background and relevant work experience in the field. The ideal applicant should possess exceptional analytical abilities, proficiency in data interpretation, and robust problem-solving skills. Prior experience in project management or related roles is highly desirable, along with a proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as is the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams. A recognized institution must award a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a closely related field.

With a minimum of two years of hands-on sales experience obtained within a financial institution, candidates should demonstrate a proven track record in the field.

Proficiency in banking laws, regulations, and operational procedures is required.

Proficiency in risk management and compliance principles is essential.
