Responsibilities

The Finance Intern role is a fixed-term position within the Finance Department, reporting directly to the Finance Controller. Primary duties include assisting with financial reporting, analyzing data, and supporting budget preparation, among other key responsibilities.

Occasionally assisting with the resolution of customer order delays to maintain efficient and punctual order fulfillment.

Providing support for payment posting and allocation to guarantee precise recording and reconciliation of customer payments.

Responsibilities include reconciling bank accounts, managing staff debtors, and verifying supplier transactions to ensure accuracy and financial alignment.

Responsibilities include processing payments by uploading them into the SUN system and subsequently allocating the transactions accordingly.

Collaborate closely with the Finance Controller to ensure the preparation and timely delivery of precise monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Profile

A degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited university is required.

Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to perform a variety of tasks efficiently.

Proficient in the English language, both verbally and in writing, with a strong command of grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills.
