A bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.
A professional qualification such as CPA, CIA, CISA, or an equivalent certification is highly preferred.
A minimum of three to five years of professional experience is required, with a focus on risk management, compliance, regulatory adherence, internal audit, internal controls, or related governance functions.
Professional candidates will ideally possess prior experience within retail, hospitality, food and beverage, manufacturing, or multi-site operational environments.
Technical Knowledge: Applicants should possess a solid understanding of risk assessment methodologies, compliance monitoring, control testing, and report writing. Proficiency in anti-fraud regulations, data protection, labor law, health and safety protocols, and financial controls is also essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, spreadsheets, reporting tools, and foundational data analysis is required, along with solid computer literacy skills.
