To thrive in this position, you will need to:
A Bachelor’s degree in a field such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics is required.
Seeking candidates with a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in drilling operations, specifically in the capacity of a Directional Driller (DD) supervisor.
Preferred experience in differential diagnosis (DDR) is advantageous.
Proficiency in drilling operations and their practical applications is required.
Capable of determining the most suitable product and service solutions for both straightforward and intricate applications.
Capable of thriving within a global matrix organizational structure.
Demonstrate exceptional proficiency in both verbal and written communication, along with the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
Possesses outstanding organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities to effectively manage tasks and address challenges.
Capable of undertaking travel as needed, which may include visits to rig sites, customer facilities, meetings, training sessions, and other relevant destinations.
