Market Intelligence and monitoring: Develop and maintain a comprehensive database detailing market size, competitor profiles, and market share distribution. Deliver consistent market intelligence updates, including pricing trends, emerging customer segments, and competitor actions.
Deliver the standard offer book in strict adherence to the customer promise initiatives.
To safeguard the company’s market position, renew all key customer contracts to maintain competitive advantage.
Oversee credit operations in strict adherence to company credit policies and the established manual of authorities. Ensure debt recovery aligns with mutually agreed trading terms while conducting timely customer credit appraisals as scheduled.
Timely delivery of all invoices and statements to customers is ensured. Any invoice disputes with customers are identified and resolved promptly.
Develop and enforce organizational policies and procedures while establishing and maintaining the necessary controls to support their effectiveness.
Conduct routine equipment inspections at customer premises and promptly implement corrective measures as needed. Coordinate with the Engineering team to address tank installations, revalidation processes, and other technical specifications.
