Perform quarterly risk and control assessments across the entire allocated business spectrum, ensuring comprehensive front-to-back evaluation. Execute a diverse range of products, including Interest Rate Swaps, Bonds, Repos, and FRNs. Maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders to foster collaboration and alignment. Proactively enhance technical and product knowledge by conducting thorough research and staying updated on industry developments. Oversee the execution of allocated projects to drive timely and successful completion. Manage team performance and development to ensure operational excellence and goal attainment.

Seeking a candidate with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as education, child development, or a related discipline. A valid teaching certification or license in the subject area is required. Prior to teaching experience, whether in a classroom or an instructional setting, is strongly preferred. Familiarity with curriculum development, educational technology, and differentiated instruction methods will be advantageous. The ability to create engaging lesson plans, assess student progress, and collaborate with colleagues is essential. Strong communication skills and a passion for fostering an inclusive learning environment are also required.

A Bachelor’s degree or an Advanced Diploma in Business, Commerce, or Management Studies is required.
