Accomplish all facets of routine maintenance, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and network quality improvement initiatives for the fiber optic network.
Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties, including but not limited to strategic planning, team leadership, and operational management, to ensure organizational objectives are met with precision and efficiency. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to foster a productive and compliant work environment. Evaluates, inspects, and restores aging or faulty fiber network infrastructure while also performing scheduled preventive maintenance tasks, including Optical cable, Closure kits, Ducts, and Manholes.
Generate sensor indicators and conduct thorough inspections to verify that the fiber optic systems are free of faults that could compromise their operational performance.
Performs routine examinations of the designated system to identify and rectify any detected deficiencies.
Develop and oversee system records and diagrams to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Expertly execute fiber optic maintenance tasks, which encompass point of break/link analysis, splicing operations, precise core alignment, and rigorous splice quality validation—utilizing the appropriate tools and techniques to ensure optimal performance.
