Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required, with at least five years of hands-on experience in software development, preferably within the financial services sector. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential, along with expertise in database management systems like SQL or NoSQL. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced Agile environment are critical. Additionally, experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, as well as DevOps practices, is highly desirable. Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and regulatory compliance standards is also a must.

Professor:

A minimum of three years of university-level teaching experience as an Associate Professor is required.

A minimum of 60 publication points is required for the position of Associate Professor or its equivalent, with at least 40 of those points derived from peer-reviewed academic journals.

Renowned for contributions to research on national, regional, and international levels.

Successfully guided a minimum of five postgraduate students to the completion of their programs, including at least two doctoral candidates.

Secured external funding for research initiatives in the capacity of an Associate Professor or an equivalent position.
