In this position, your responsibilities will include:
Head analytical initiatives across client engagements, establishing the methodology, overseeing data processes, and delivering end-to-end project outcomes.
Perform in-depth quantitative assessments leveraging intricate, frequently incomplete datasets, including public budget and expenditure systems, donor flow records, household surveys, macro-fiscal databases, and administrative documentation.
Develop key client deliverables, including financial models, costing analyses, public expenditure reviews, fiscal space assessments, and financing strategies, and present findings in compelling slide decks, technical briefs, and policy notes to drive client decision-making.
Interact with clients during collaborative working sessions, technical evaluations, and formal presentations, delivering quantitative insights with precision and conviction.
Support the creation of proposals and business growth initiatives by composing methodology sections and highlighting pertinent project experiences.

Demonstrates advanced proficiency in one or more statistical or analytical tools—such as State, R, Python, or advanced Excel—capable of executing analyses and deriving meaningful insights independently.

Consulting experience in areas such as strategy, economics, or management consulting is highly beneficial.
