Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field diploma is required.
Proven track record of over three years in a Head Chef, Sous Chef, or analogous executive culinary position, demonstrating strong leadership and operational expertise in high-volume kitchen environments.
Proficient in a wide range of food preparation methods and adept at overseeing kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
Proven ability to inspire and guide teams, coupled with outstanding communication skills, ensures effective leadership and seamless collaboration.
Proficient in food safety regulations and sanitation standards is required.
Innovative menu creation and visually appealing food presentation are essential for this role.
You must demonstrate strong organizational abilities along with effective time management capabilities.
