Oversee the seamless daily operations of the Banquet Kitchen while collaborating closely with the Executive Chef on all Banquet Kitchen management tasks.

We are responsible for innovating new concepts, designing and implementing fresh menus, and establishing standardized recipes. This includes procuring ingredients, maintaining stringent food cost controls, and ensuring the highest standards of quality, consistency, and hygiene for both products and equipment within the Banquet Kitchen.

Manage kitchen resources and implement controls while providing training and development opportunities for Banquet kitchen staff, including coaching, daily operations’ oversight, and ensuring efficient Kitchen Operations within the department.

Demonstrate your distinctive personality, culinary creativity, and technical skills through the development of exceptional dishes, crafting unforgettable Banquet event experiences for guests with every culinary creation.

Collaborate closely with the Culinary team to uphold food quality standards, oversee food preparation processes, ensure timely catering service delivery, and optimize operational efficiency.

Continually deliver courteous, welcoming, and anticipatory guest experiences while fostering collaboration among team members.

Ensure the safe handling, storage, preparation, and service of all food products in strict compliance with hotel and food safety regulations. Perform all ENSURE standards and daily processes, including completing temperature logs, labeling and dating items, and maintaining cleanliness in food storage areas.

Demonstrate strong judgment and intuition to proactively identify and address the needs of the team, managers, colleagues, and guests. Actively engage with fellow employees, inquire about their experiences with guests, and prioritize guest satisfaction through consistent attentiveness and responsiveness.

You will take charge of overseeing morning and evening operations while effectively responding to feedback from external guests, the Sales department, and the Food & Beverage service team.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of five years of experience in software development, preferably in a leadership or mentorship role. Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including but not limited to Java, Python, and JavaScript, is essential. Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills are mandatory. Familiarity with agile methodologies and version control systems is highly desirable. Candidates must demonstrate a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions within strict deadlines.

With a minimum of three years of relevant experience in Banquet Chef roles or comparable positions, candidates should demonstrate proficiency in overseeing banquet operations and executing large-scale culinary events.

Holding a degree or certification in Culinary Arts from an accredited institution, with a focus on professional studies, is essential.
