Job Purpose

The Executive Assistant serves as a key strategic and operational partner, facilitating the flawless execution of executive responsibilities while elevating efficiency and productivity across the Managing Director’s office. This position delivers pivotal support in administrative oversight, stakeholder liaison, and the management of confidential information. Furthermore, it encompasses rigorous data analysis, reporting, and the generation of strategic business insights to advance revenue expansion and inform critical operational decisions. Operating as a dependable advisor to the MD, the Executive Assistant will champion business initiatives, refine workflows, and uphold the seamless execution of high-priority executive functions.

Provide high-level executive support and oversee comprehensive office management duties, including coordinating the Managing Director’s calendar, correspondence, meetings, travel arrangements, and both internal and external communications. Ensure seamless daily operations within the Managing Director’s office by preemptively managing administrative requirements and facilitating efficient workflows.

Strategic Research & Business Insights entails conducting in-depth market and industry analysis, producing detailed performance reports, and delivering actionable strategic insights to inform critical business decisions. This role involves examining operational data to detect emerging trends, assess potential risks, and uncover opportunities conducive to sustainable business expansion.

Revenue Growth & Business Development: The role involves monitoring revenue trends, identifying potential business development opportunities, and contributing to the implementation of strategic growth initiatives. Additionally, the position requires collaboration with leadership to refine cost structures and improve overall financial performance.

Maintain stringent confidentiality standards and ensure adherence to company policies when handling sensitive information. Serve as the designated gatekeeper for the Managing Director’s office, overseeing controlled access to confidential business documents.

Facilitating seamless cross-departmental coordination ensures the effective implementation of MD directives through the alignment of diverse operational activities. This role involves active engagement with senior leadership to synchronize business priorities with execution strategies, fostering cohesive and efficient organizational performance.

The incumbent will be responsible for creating, refining, and finalizing reports, presentations, and other essential documents on behalf of the MD. Additionally, they will develop concise briefing materials and maintain clear, proactive communication to ensure the MD remains fully apprised of significant business developments.

Board & Executive-Level Reporting: Facilitate the planning and execution of board meetings by developing agendas, recording minutes, and tracking follow-up tasks. Additionally, they will compile and present business performance metrics to the Managing Director and board members in a clear, punctual manner.

Provide financial oversight and budgeting assistance by managing budget preparation, tracking expenditures, and preparing financial reports specific to the Managing Director’s office. Collaborate closely with finance teams to uphold financial discipline and integrity in executive-level operations.

Project Management & Business Transformation: Oversee critical projects and strategic initiatives, guaranteeing their completion within established timelines and alignment with organizational objectives. The role will contribute to business transformation by refining workflows and enhancing executive operational efficiency.
