Role Objective

Our client, a leading event management firm renowned for its comprehensive production capabilities, seeks a dynamic, results-oriented professional to accelerate revenue growth, secure new business and bids, manage key accounts, oversee end-to-end event execution from initial client briefs, and cultivate enduring client relationships.

You will be responsible for maintaining outstanding service standards from the initial proposal presentation through to the comprehensive conclusion of the final event.

Overseeing essential functions and responsibilities forms the cornerstone of this role, with key duties including the management of daily operations, ensuring compliance with established protocols, and maintaining high standards of efficiency and accuracy. The position requires a meticulous approach to task execution, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the role demands effective communication to collaborate with cross-functional teams, address stakeholder inquiries, and facilitate seamless workflow coordination. A commitment to continuous improvement and adherence to industry best practices is essential to drive performance and achieve organizational objectives.

Proactively engaging with prospective corporate clients, brands, associations, and event planners to assess their event management service requirements and cultivate new business opportunities.

Tracking evolving industry dynamics, competitive actions, and untapped markets to uncover fresh growth prospects.

You will spearhead the development of customized event concepts, RFPs (Requests for Proposals), and pitch decks in collaboration with the creative team to craft a compelling vision, which you will then present directly to key decision-makers.

Crafting and finalizing agreements through strategic discussions on pricing, event scope, and contractual terms to secure the business.

Acting as a senior-level advisor for acquired clients, you will guarantee alignment between their brand objectives and event outcomes.

Your objective involves cultivating one-time event clients into long-term annual partners, strategically identifying avenues to expand service offerings and enhance client value.

Serving as the principal escalation contact, they address client inquiries regarding budgetary considerations, project timelines, or creative vision to ensure alignment and resolution.

Converting the client’s approved vision into detailed, executable briefs for the Event Producers, Operations Team, and Creative Designers ensures clear direction and alignment across all teams.

You maintain active involvement in key planning phases to guarantee alignment between proposed initiatives and their actual implementation.

As a Client Relations representative, you will embody the role of a VIP host at key events, personally attending to clients to guarantee their satisfaction and actively witness the event’s achievements firsthand.

During the tendering process, reconciling competitive client pricing with the organization’s internal profit objectives presents a key responsibility of the role.

Overseeing the monitoring of personal sales pipelines, revenue targets, and account growth metrics, followed by presenting these findings to senior leadership.

Following the event, we will conduct a client meeting to deliver a comprehensive overview of key performance indicators—including attendance rates, engagement metrics, and media impressions—and strategically introduce preliminary concepts for their subsequent event.

Perform any additional duties deemed necessary by management as part of your responsibilities.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fulfill this role, requiring a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field alongside a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in a similar position. Strong analytical abilities, exceptional organizational skills, and proficiency in industry-standard software are essential for success in this position. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven track record of meeting deadlines, collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams, and maintaining meticulous attention to detail. Responsibilities include conducting thorough market research, preparing comprehensive reports, and contributing to strategic decision-making processes. Familiarity with data analysis tools and the ability to interpret complex datasets are highly desirable.
