Graduating Class

Graduates in the academic years of 2025 or 2026 are encouraged to apply.

We are seeking a highly qualified individual to join our team in a University Grade capacity. The successful candidate will hold a relevant degree, possess at least three years of professional experience, and demonstrate a strong commitment to academic excellence and student development. Responsibilities include teaching undergraduate and graduate courses, conducting research, advising students, and contributing to departmental and university initiatives. Additionally, the role requires active participation in faculty meetings, committee work, and professional development activities to enhance both teaching and scholarly contributions. Proficiency in written and verbal communication, along with the ability to collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary teams, is essential. Familiarity with current trends in higher education and a dedication to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment are also required.

A minimum of a Second Class Upper Division or a cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale is required.

Accomplished a minimum of a high school diploma or its equivalent, demonstrating foundational academic readiness for the role.

A minimum grade of B in the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE) with a B in both English and Mathematics, or an equivalent qualification such as IGCSE or the grading system used in the American education system, is required.
