PRIMARY PURPOSE

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is required. A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in IT support, system administration, or a comparable role is essential. Proficiency in operating systems, including but not limited to Windows, Linux, and macOS, is mandatory. Familiarity with network administration, troubleshooting methodologies, and hardware maintenance is highly advantageous. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with exceptional communication skills, are critical for success in this position. Prior experience with helpdesk support or customer service is preferred.
