Collaborate with the resident teacher in performing continuous evaluations of student performance, utilizing assessment data to refine instructional content and methods of delivery as needed.

Deliver instruction and supervision to students on the proper utilization and maintenance of equipment and materials, ensuring the prevention of injuries and damage.
Plan and facilitate engaging activities that foster holistic growth in participants, encompassing physical, mental, and social domains—examples include structured games, creative arts and crafts, rhythmic music sessions, and interactive storytelling.
Prepare and organize materials, classrooms, and both indoor and outdoor spaces to support engaging activities that foster creativity, learning, and the development of motor skills while ensuring a safe environment.
Monitor each child’s development and compile comprehensive written evaluations to be shared with the Principal, additional school leadership, and parents.
Track and document the children’s developmental milestones and progress through comprehensive reports.
Deliver personalized and collaborative instruction, tailoring educational approaches to accommodate the diverse needs and interests of students, both in individual and group settings.
Greet incoming students warmly upon arrival, assist them with removing outerwear, and facilitate the selection of engaging activities that align with their interests to promote a smooth transition into the school environment.
Develop and uphold behavioral guidelines, policies, and operational procedures to ensure a structured and orderly environment for students.
Plan and oversee class projects, organize field trips, coordinate visits from guest speakers, or facilitate other experiential learning opportunities, while mentoring students to derive meaningful insights from these initiatives.

ABOUT YOU
Required skills and qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, alongside at least three years of experience in software development or a comparable technical role. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is essential, along with expertise in frameworks like React, Django, or Spring Boot. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and DevOps practices is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving abilities, collaborative teamwork, and exceptional communication skills are also necessary to thrive in this position. Hold a valid TSC certification and possess a Degree in Education or a P1 Diploma.
