National consultation meetings in all eight Partner States with subsequent reports
The draft Study Report examines the policy frameworks, legal provisions, operational procedures, and institutional structures pertaining to return and reintegration across the EAC Partner States.
A virtual Regional Validation Meeting will be conducted concerning the draft study, followed by distribution of the approved validation report.
The final outcome report of the study has been compiled, incorporating feedback and insights gathered during the regional validation meeting and national consultations, to address the recommended interventions.

The deliverables and all reporting must be produced in English. Electronic versions of all materials should be submitted in both Word and PDF formats. Per EAC Secretariat guidelines, consultants are required to provide deliverables in both electronic and hard copy formats. The consultant assumes full responsibility for the accuracy and validity of the data submitted, as well as the reliability of any referenced sources. Should translations into additional languages be necessary, IOM will handle the translation of the outputs accordingly.
The consultant is not responsible for managerial, supervisory, or representative duties.
All materials and information furnished to the consultant remain strictly confidential and must not be utilized for unauthorized purposes or disclosed to external parties without prior written authorization from both IOM and the EAC Secretariat.
The listed activities are subject to further revision with the consent of IOM, in coordination with the EAC Secretariat in line with the emerging requirements of the Project. If required by IOM, the consultant may provide additional consultancy services related to her/his competencies and expertise, in line with the attached EAC Terms of Reference.
