The deliverables and all reporting must be produced in English. Electronic versions of all materials should be submitted in both Word and PDF formats. Per EAC Secretariat guidelines, consultants are required to provide deliverables in both electronic and hard copy formats. The consultant assumes full responsibility for the accuracy and validity of the data submitted, as well as the reliability of any referenced sources. Should translations into additional languages be necessary, IOM will handle the translation of the outputs accordingly.
The consultant is not responsible for managerial, supervisory, or representative duties.
All materials and information furnished to the consultant remain strictly confidential and must not be utilized for unauthorized purposes or disclosed to external parties without prior written authorization from both IOM and the EAC Secretariat.
The listed activities are subject to further revision with the consent of IOM, in coordination with the EAC Secretariat in line with the emerging requirements of the Project.
