Our client, a premier real estate firm renowned for its commitment to excellence and innovation in property development, seeks a proactive and driven professional to enhance their team. The ideal candidate will serve as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician, tasked with performing both preventive and corrective maintenance throughout the facility. Responsibilities encompass a diverse range of tasks, including plumbing, electrical repairs, masonry, tile installation, painting, and gypsum work. By prioritizing efficient in-house maintenance, this role aims to reduce operational downtime, accelerate response times, and lower outsourcing expenditures while upholding stringent safety and functionality standards.

Oversee essential duties including managing daily operations, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, and maintaining high standards of efficiency and accuracy in all tasks. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align goals, streamline processes, and foster a productive work environment. Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven strategies to enhance productivity. Serve as a liaison between senior leadership and staff, facilitating clear communication and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Participate in strategic planning sessions to shape future initiatives and drive sustainable growth. Address operational challenges proactively, implementing solutions that optimize workflow and resource allocation. Uphold compliance with industry regulations and internal guidelines to mitigate risks and maintain organizational integrity. Support employee development through mentorship, training, and performance evaluations to cultivate a skilled and motivated workforce.

Conduct regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs of building infrastructure, encompassing plumbing, electrical systems, masonry, tiling, painting, and gypsum installations.

Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues with urgency to reduce downtime and uphold operational efficiency.

Perform routine upkeep to maintain the operational integrity of all building systems and ensure they function optimally.

Perform installation and repair tasks across various technical disciplines as needed throughout the facility.

Address maintenance requests and emergencies promptly, ensuring timely resolution to minimize disruptions to operations.

Maintain strict adherence to occupational health and safety regulations consistently throughout all operations.

Facilities maintenance includes performing repairs, refurbishments, and enhancements to maintain the overall condition of the building.

Maintain precise documentation of all maintenance activities performed, ensuring thorough tracking of completed assignments as well as any unresolved concerns.

Oversee the administration and maintenance of ICT infrastructure, encompassing Wi-Fi networks, CCTV systems, intercom networks, data networks, and backup solutions.

Required Specifications

Minimum of three years of hands-on experience in facility or property maintenance is required.

A qualification in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related discipline is essential, with additional preference given to candidates holding CCNA or CCNP certifications.

Proven expertise in performing electrical, plumbing, and masonry work, along with comprehensive maintenance tasks.

Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in information and communications technology (ICT) systems, alongside a robust ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Exceptional proficiency in problem resolution and interpersonal communication is required.

Detail-oriented and highly organized professional with a strong commitment to precision and efficiency in managing multiple tasks, ensuring meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work.

Proficiency in commercial buildings, malls, apartments, or mixed-use developments is highly beneficial.

Proficiency in utilizing fundamental maintenance tracking or reporting systems represents an additional asset.
