You will serve as an Application Engineer, tasked with executing a comprehensive range of duties. Your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to ensuring seamless integration of software solutions, optimizing system performance, and providing expert technical support to clients and internal teams. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to identify and resolve complex technical challenges, while also contributing to the development and enhancement of application functionalities to meet evolving business needs.

Ensuring adherence to the Job Cycle (MTC) process requirements.

Collaborating closely with the designated Service Delivery Coordinator or Salesperson enables us to align with the client’s goals for well construction or production objectives.

Design comprehensive profiles and execute applications engineering responsibilities, including developing risk mitigation and contingency strategies. These efforts must align with the client’s objectives, optimize revenue potential, and secure future project opportunities for Baker Hughes.

Handling field incidents pertaining to products and services falls within the scope of this role.

Engaging in Incident Investigations as needed, with a focus on overseeing the comprehensive process from start to finish.

Offering expert guidance on product selection and application strategies to enhance sales performance.

Executes ad hoc initiatives and specialized assignments as needed.

To excel in this position, candidates must demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:

Possession of a four-year undergraduate degree in an engineering discipline is required.

Require a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in well planning and applications engineering within drilling services.

Fluent proficiency in both spoken and written English is required.

Capable of traveling as needed, which may include visits to rig sites, customer facilities, meetings, training sessions, and other related destinations.

Available to provide on-call support beyond standard working hours.

Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal abilities, strong influencing skills, and advanced planning capabilities.
