Job Description

The Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing serves as a senior commercial leader, tasked with shaping and executing strategic initiatives across Fairmont Hotels & Resorts properties in Kenya, including Fairmont The Norfolk and Fairmont Mara Safari Club.

Reporting to the Cluster General Manager, this position is responsible for developing and executing cohesive strategies in sales, marketing, revenue management, and public relations across the cluster. The role prioritizes enhancing overall performance, expanding market share, strengthening brand positioning, and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, all while cultivating a high-performing, collaborative team culture.
