Job Description

The Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing serves as a key senior commercial leader, responsible for establishing and executing strategic direction across Fairmont Hotels & Resorts properties in Kenya, including Fairmont The Norfolk and Fairmont Mara Safari Club.

Reporting directly to the Cluster General Manager, this position spearheads cohesive sales, marketing, revenue, and public relations strategies spanning the entire cluster. The role is dedicated to optimizing overall performance, expanding market share, strengthening brand positioning, and elevating guest satisfaction, all while cultivating a robust, high-performing, and collaborative team environment.
