Your mission:
This position oversees the account management of designated reseller accounts and cultivates key client relationships to drive revenue growth for Epsom’s product portfolio.
What you will do:
Manage the relationships with chosen non-“Field Managed” reseller accounts.
Deliver measurable outcomes aligned with Key Performance Indicators, such as a 40% year-over-year account expansion, adherence to specified talk time benchmarks, and attainment of effective call targets.
Cold calling involves identifying resellers suspected of employing promotional tactics as initial engagement strategies. Responsibilities include assessing and qualifying prospects to determine their viability as leads, guiding them through the sales process until final closure, and collaborating with other departments to facilitate and secure the transaction.
Duties include identifying opportunities to promote additional products or services from our portfolio and encouraging clients to explore complementary offerings.
Partner Program Support: Collaborate with resellers to fulfill rebate requirements under relevant partner initiatives while verifying their enrollment in programs that align with Epsom’s strategic objectives and their individual business goals.
Seeking to advance client accounts to the ‘Field Managed’ designation through strategic development and operational alignment.
Effectively manage the pipeline of opportunities and maintain their status within the forecast system to ensure data accuracy.
Engage business unit leaders in discussions regarding significant opportunities to guarantee the availability of stock.
Represent Epsom at shows, exhibitions, and solution briefings, as assigned, serving as a key company ambassador.
Seeking out prospective partners who demonstrate strong potential for attaining Plus Silver accreditation and may qualify as suitable reseller candidates.
