Develop and implement strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity, workflow optimization, and cost reduction. Spearhead the mentorship and professional growth of a team of Account Executives, establishing clear KPIs and executing consistent performance evaluations.
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy encompassing digital print, commercial print, and emerging product lines—such as HP Indigo digital printing—to drive growth and market penetration.
Responsible for overseeing and expanding a strategic portfolio of high-value corporate and institutional accounts with a hands-on approach.
Spearhead prospecting initiatives and cultivate a robust pipeline spanning corporate entities, agencies, publishers, NGOs, and SMEs to drive sustained business growth.
Collaborate seamlessly with production and pre-press teams to ensure client briefs are accurately converted into executable deliverable specifications.
Compile and deliver comprehensive weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline analyses to the General Manager and Chief Executive Officer.
Craft and implement pricing strategies while ensuring the quality of proposals is maintained across the AE team.
Analyze competitor actions and market developments to provide strategic insights that directly inform product and pricing decisions.
Serve as the organization’s official representative at industry events, client engagements, and trade forums.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
