Craft and implement a targeted retail strategy that aligns with designated customer segments, product offerings, sales channels, and distribution frameworks, all while adhering to established risk tolerance parameters.

Deliver strategic direction and governance for the branch network to enhance deposit growth, lending quality, customer acquisition, and transaction volumes.

Deliver superior Retail Banking financial results by enhancing profitability, expanding deposits and lending, and optimizing operational efficiency to meet established business objectives.

Deliver consistently against defined individual performance metrics while supporting the attainment of Retail Banking business goals, all in alignment with the Bank’s established performance management framework.

To uphold disciplined expansion in retail lending while maintaining full accountability for portfolio performance, with a focus on reducing non-performing loans (NPLs), enhancing recovery efforts, optimizing restructures, and implementing effective portfolio remediation strategies.

Enhance credit underwriting standards, portfolio monitoring processes, early warning systems, and risk controls to mitigate the recurrence of legacy asset quality issues.

Establish and uphold definitive performance benchmarks for Branch Managers and Retail teams, spanning sales targets, service excellence, regulatory adherence, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation strategies.

Leverage strategic initiatives focused on operational efficiency, process automation, channel migration, and cost optimization to enhance productivity and minimize cost-to-serve.

Guarantee complete adherence to CBK regulations, internal policies, audit mandates, and governance standards throughout the Retail Banking division.

Drive high-performance, customer-focused, and risk-conscious Retail Banking teams by providing leadership, motivation, and professional development opportunities while fostering a culture of accountability.

Our role involves pinpointing strategic growth avenues and collaborating with the marketing and product development teams to conceptualize, price, and introduce customized products and services for retail and high-value clients, while continuously evaluating their performance.
