What you will do:
Orchestrate advanced 5G and 4G Core and Cloud initiatives, encompassing comprehensive scoping to seamless delivery for Ericsson’s valued customers within the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) sector.
Lead and inspire both local and global teams to achieve timely delivery, boost profitability, and drive ongoing improvements by implementing robust governance frameworks and meticulous project controls.
Identify, evaluate, and track all significant milestones and potential obstacles throughout project execution. Recommend and implement viable solutions to address challenges, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks to ensure smooth progress. Additionally, raise and resolve any issues that may arise to maintain project momentum and adherence to objectives.
Drive strategic change initiatives by establishing and aligning stakeholder consensus on how alterations affect project scope, budgetary constraints, delivery timelines, and quality standards.

You must possess the following qualifications and competencies:
A bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a closely related discipline is required.
With at least six years of hands-on experience as a Program Manager, you must have a strong background in Core and Cloud delivery to excel in this role.
Seasoned professionals with expertise in executing both physical and virtualized Network Function projects, as well as containerized implementations, are sought after for this role.
Proven ability to design and implement automated solutions for testing and deployment workflows.
Dynamic professionals sought to collaborate with sales teams, fostering innovative strategies that unlock fresh avenues for revenue expansion and business growth.
Excellent project management abilities, demonstrated through consistently delivering projects on schedule and within established objectives.

Experienced in deploying and managing solutions across Packet Core and advanced communication platforms, including Dual Mode Core, PCC/PCG, MME, EPG, APC, UDM, IMS Vote, and IoT ecosystems.
Proven proficiency in leveraging automation and software management solutions, including JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint, is required.
