This role focuses on direct sales and customer engagement, with the primary objective of sustaining and expanding existing customer relationships while acquiring new ones—key contributors to revenue growth. The position involves managing assigned customer accounts consistently and engaging a robust stakeholder network to gain deeper insights into their needs and tailored solutions. Responsibilities include delivering service through troubleshooting, providing technical guidance, identifying corrective actions, resolving product or application issues, implementing suitable product applications, and maintaining dosing and control equipment. Success will be measured by coordinating service visits and generating necessary reports for each account and application area to uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. The role requires strong market intelligence to analyze both customer demands and competitive dynamics.

Effectively deliver comprehensive account management, continuous service, and sales growth across designated territories. Identify and pursue untapped opportunities, encompassing both current offerings, innovative solutions, and advancements in sustainability and operational efficiency—such as reductions in water, energy, and chemical consumption—while also addressing food safety needs where applicable.

Monitor and track performance metrics for designated accounts and assigned regional portfolios using relevant tools, including Sales Funnels, quarterly reporting mechanisms, market share analysis, and additional reports as mandated by central stakeholders and management. Additionally, identify and pursue opportunities to expand business with existing customers by introducing new SKUs and innovative solutions, as well as by targeting new potential clients.

Grow sales within the Lodging Sector by uncovering, evaluating, and acting on opportunities for acquiring new customers, as well as expanding business with existing ones through strategic product and application recommendations. Additionally, prepare and submit monthly reports detailing sales performance and inventory levels.

To cultivate a comprehensive grasp of the local market landscape and competitive dynamics, analyze competitive actions and unmet customer demands, then compile detailed reports on these findings. Additionally, identify and articulate key customer requirements, particularly as they relate to product applications.

The incumbent will perform or assist with routine maintenance and repair of dosing and dosing control equipment in accordance with specified equipment requirements. Additionally, the role involves providing technical training to customer personnel on dosing control equipment operation, ensuring efficient and effective usage. They will oversee the dispensing of Diverse chemicals to achieve optimal results as outlined in the MSDS and PIS, collaborating closely with customer staff to ensure compliance and performance.

The incumbent is responsible for maintaining comprehensive records of all dosing activities and associated control equipment within designated accounts, including detailed service reports. Additionally, they will document all Planned Maintenance Schedules and promptly address any customer-reported breakdowns within the agreed-upon timeframe.

Respond promptly to customer dosing and performance emergencies, resolving them in accordance with the defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) within the designated areas of responsibility.

To establish a sustainable funnel for cleaning machines, you will collaborate closely with sector leads to identify market needs and execute strategic initiatives for Task.

Facilitate the Accounts Receivable team in cash collection efforts while maintaining seamless account operations to ensure financial continuity.
