Duties include managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency. Additionally, responsibilities encompass monitoring performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and fostering a collaborative work environment to drive continuous growth and innovation.
Plan and deliver rigorous physics lessons that fully adhere to the IB MYP and DP frameworks, maintaining strict alignment with established subject objectives, defined assessment criteria, and inquiry-based learning methodologies.
Design and create dynamic educational experiences, incorporating hands-on investigations and experiments to foster students’ grasp of key concepts, enhance their problem-solving abilities, and cultivate scientific reasoning.
Develop, oversee, and facilitate both formative and summative assessments in alignment with International Baccalaureate (IB) standards, ensuring prompt and actionable feedback to foster student growth and academic success.
Employ diverse instructional methods tailored to accommodate varying learning styles and requirements within a multicultural, international educational setting.
Create an environment within the classroom that prioritizes safety, inclusivity, and intellectual engagement, fostering students’ well-being, curiosity, and passion for continuous learning.

Seeking a candidate with at least five years of secondary physics instruction experience, ideally within an international curriculum framework.
Candidates with prior experience instructing IB MYP and/or DP Physics will be given strong consideration.
