Explaining the diverse product offerings of BIAS Kenya Limited to potential customers, ensuring alignment with product specifications while upholding fair treatment principles.
Providing customers with detailed instructions on completing application forms for their desired products.
Responsibilities include verifying the completeness and correctness of customer-submitted applications and supporting documentation.
Verification of customer information is conducted by meticulously comparing original documents, such as National ID and passports, against their submitted photocopies to ensure accuracy and validity.
The completed applications will be forwarded to the appropriate Branch Manager and/or loan officer for review.
