Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:

Applicants must possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, computer science, or business administration. A minimum of five years of professional experience in a related industry is essential, with at least two years in a leadership or supervisory role. Proficiency in project management software, data analysis tools, and advanced Microsoft Office applications is required. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are necessary to succeed in this position. Candidates should demonstrate a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, along with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams. Industry-specific certifications, such as PMP or Six Sigma, are highly advantageous.

Earn a Diploma in a field aligned with business studies.

Must possess a minimum grade of a C plain in the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE).

Seeking candidates with at least one year of hands-on sales experience or a comparable internship in a related field.

This includes delivering accurate product information, addressing inquiries, and demonstrating how the solutions align with customer needs in a professional and ethical manner.

Providing customers with clear, step-by-step assistance in completing application forms for the specific products they intend to buy.

The application and accompanying documentation submitted by the customer are carefully reviewed to ensure their accuracy.

Verification of customer information involves cross-referencing original documents with submitted photocopies, such as national identification cards and passports, to ensure accuracy and authenticity.

Prepare and send completed application packages to the appropriate Branch Manager and/or assigned loan officer for final review and processing.

Proactively identifying and engaging potential customers whose needs align with the offerings of complementary products.

Maintaining the secure handling and protection of customer documents entrusted to their custody is a critical responsibility.

All customer feedback and complaints are promptly directed to the relevant Branch Manager for review and resolution.

The field team regularly collects and conveys critical market insights to leadership to help refine and enhance our product offerings. This process ensures that our solutions remain aligned with customer needs and market demands, driving continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.

Prepare and deliver sales reports on a regular basis as specified.
