Job Purpose

Analyze product performance and drive optimization initiatives for Digital Banking solutions, including mobile banking, internet banking, APIs, and other digital channels.

Convert customer digital needs into actionable data-driven insights to identify product enhancements and drive continuous improvements.

Serving as the primary technical authority, you will be responsible for defining and overseeing all digital-related technical specifications and standards.

Serves as the primary liaison throughout project execution and system enhancement initiatives.

Key Accountabilities

Business – 60%

Convert business and customer requirements into specific digital product features and detailed user stories.

Establish and monitor digital product key performance indicators, including adoption metrics, active user counts, transaction success rates, and drop-off occurrences.

Examine customer journeys across various digital platforms to pinpoint areas of inefficiency or friction.

Assist in the formulation and execution of strategic plans for digital banking platforms as part of the product roadmap.

Perform comprehensive cost-benefit and impact assessments for digital projects to evaluate their feasibility and potential outcomes.

Provide first-line support for users encountering issues on the Digital Channel on a daily basis.

Housekeeping responsibilities encompass the oversight and maintenance of digital communication channels, specifically those facilitating SMS-based transactions, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.

DR site support is responsible for overseeing and coordinating disaster recovery (DR) site operations, ensuring system availability and integrity. This role involves managing business continuity management (BCM) testing schedules to validate preparedness and recovery capabilities. Responsibilities include maintaining DR infrastructure, verifying backup systems, and executing test plans to confirm compliance with organizational resilience standards.

Conduct comprehensive user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the functionality and performance of new products and systems before their official deployment.
