Key Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency, coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones, and implementing strategies to enhance productivity. You will be tasked with analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, preparing comprehensive reports for senior management, and maintaining compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations. Additionally, the role involves managing stakeholder relationships, resolving escalated issues, and fostering a collaborative work environment that aligns with company objectives. Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting are essential for success in this position.

Facilitate comprehensive data collection initiatives to support monitoring and evaluation (M&E) activities across all thematic programs, projects, and functional departments.

Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data to facilitate effective monitoring and evaluation of institutional strategic objectives.

Support the assessment of data to monitor the efficacy of programs, projects, and operational departments.

Assist with maintaining the Reporting Matrix to accurately track and reflect the progress of multiple projects within the ERP system.

Assist in compiling and preparing reports derived from gathered data, while monitoring the advancement and effectiveness of programs, projects, and functional departments to ensure alignment with the organization’s strategic goals.

Compile quantitative and qualitative data from various programs, projects, and functions into clear, coherent presentations that effectively convey their outcomes and impacts.

Execute additional duties as directed, as needed, from time to time.

Seeking a candidate with proficiency in project management tools, exceptional organizational abilities, and strong communication skills. Experience in budget management and data analysis is essential, along with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams. Proficiency in industry-specific software and familiarity with regulatory compliance standards are required. The ideal applicant will demonstrate adaptability, problem-solving capabilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is mandatory, and professional certifications are strongly preferred.

A master’s degree in fields such as Monitoring & Evaluation, Development Studies, Statistics, Economics, or a closely related discipline is required.

Requires exceptional analytical abilities along with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analysis tools, and report preparation.

Proficient in conveying information clearly and effectively through both oral and written means is essential.

Demonstrates strong self-direction and the capacity to prioritize and execute multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Proficiency in utilizing ERP systems for managing Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) data is considered a beneficial qualification.
