We are seeking a highly skilled Contract & Schedule professional to oversee and manage contractual obligations and project timelines. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in contract administration, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions, and maintaining accurate records of all agreements. They will be responsible for developing, negotiating, and executing contracts while monitoring performance against agreed-upon schedules and milestones. Applicants must satisfy a minimum of five of the specified criteria below:

Prior experience in voice-based customer support at a call center or a BPO.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with strong empathy and the ability to understand and respond to customer needs effectively.

Proven proficiency with customer relationship management software platforms is required for this position. Candidates should demonstrate hands-on experience configuring, navigating, and leveraging CRM systems to track customer interactions, manage pipelines, and generate analytical insights. Familiarity with automation workflows and integration capabilities within CRM tools is also expected to enhance operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.

Individuals applying for this role should possess demonstrated proficiency in resolving technical issues through systematic analysis and diagnostic techniques. A strong aptitude for identifying root causes, evaluating potential solutions, and implementing corrective actions is essential. A laptop is required for this role, excluding Chromebooks or devices operating on Linux OS.

Windows 10 or newer, with the capacity to operate seamlessly across modern computing environments, is required.

A minimum of 8GB RAM and an Intel Core i5 processor of the 10th generation or newer are required.

A minimum download and upload speed of 50 Mbps is required for high-speed internet connectivity.

Experience with wired, noise-canceling headsets is required for this role.
