This role is designed to manage patient registration and billing processes, ensuring seamless access to medical care in alignment with hospital policies and strategic objectives.

We seek an accomplished professional to fulfill a multifaceted role encompassing critical duties and strategic contributions. Accurately receive, confirm, and register patients—including corporate clients, individuals, and those covered by insurance schemes—into the system.

Bill patients for medical services rendered by the hospital through various payment methods, such as cash, credit cards, Mesa, and checks.

Responsibilities include electronically transmitting patient documents to appropriate insurance companies and conducting follow-up calls to ensure timely approval of medical bill payments.

Provide patients with clear guidance regarding the approval status of their medical bills to ensure uninterrupted access to hospital services.

Provide patients with clear directions to various medical service locations throughout the hospital.

Schedule follow-up appointments for patients and provide them with the necessary details regarding their upcoming visits to the hospital.

Daily cash and check collections are reconciled and deposited, with accompanying receipts promptly forwarded to the senior cashier.

Compile and deliver daily summaries of payments to the senior cashier promptly.

Upon receipt, all medical invoices must be promptly forwarded to the assistant accountant for processing and dispatch.

The position may involve additional duties as directed by the supervisor, as needed.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience, complemented by a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in a similar role. Proficiency in [specific software/tools] is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are critical for collaboration and project execution.
