Perform comprehensive market research to assess customer requirements, identify regional demand patterns, and analyze competitor strategies.

Assess customer requirements and recommend appropriate products that align with their specific needs in terms of color, finish, size, and performance.
Prepare precise cost estimates, proposals, and order confirmations while actively monitoring progress to guarantee on-time delivery and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Enhance brand presence by overseeing product displays, merchandising strategies, and showroom presentation to ensure optimal visibility and appeal.
Deliver comprehensive product demonstrations both in designated showrooms and on-site at customer locations.
Oversee inventory levels while collaborating with production teams to ensure accurate tracking of availability, lead times, and backorders.
Handle after-sales concerns with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring timely resolution for all customers.
Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute promotions, product launches, and professional development sessions for staff and clients.
Collaborate with manufacturing and quality control departments to address and resolve product-related issues efficiently.
Accurately maintain sales records, reports, and documentation to facilitate management review and decision-making processes.
Maintain adherence to all applicable industry regulations and standards, particularly those pertaining to sustainability and certification criteria.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account records while actively monitoring payment statuses to guarantee prompt collections.
Seeking applicants who possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, coupled with a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools is essential, as are strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership potential, adaptability to evolving priorities, and a commitment to continuous professional development. Familiarity with regulatory standards and best practices within the sector is required.
A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Management, Finance/Accounting, or a comparable discipline is required.
We welcome candidates with 1 to 3 years of hands-on sales experience, with a strong preference for those familiar with ceramics, tiles, sanitary ware, or building materials.
Proficient in ceramic products, encompassing a comprehensive grasp of finishes, dimensions, installation techniques, and upkeep needs.
Demonstrates a strong understanding of local market conditions and effective strategies for managing client relationships.
Proficient in managing multiple priorities, this role demands strong organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail to ensure efficient operations. Candidates must exhibit exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. A proven track record in delivering results under pressure is essential, as is the ability to analyze complex information and make data-driven decisions.
