At this level, the role encompasses a broad spectrum of administrative and operational duties, including the execution of general office tasks, the enforcement of county regulations, and the safeguarding of government property, assets, facilities, and inventory. Key responsibilities involve coordinating infrastructure maintenance, managing transport services, and overseeing office accommodation planning and coordination. Additionally, the position involves the development and updating of office equipment and furniture, as well as the facilitation of meetings, conferences, and special events. The role also requires supervision of building and furniture maintenance to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with standards.
Field administration involves overseeing and managing field operations to ensure compliance, efficiency, and adherence to company policies and regulatory standards. The incumbent will report to and operate under the direction of a senior officer, executing a range of duties and responsibilities that include cultivating strategic networks and partnerships with key stakeholders, addressing public inquiries and resolving community issues, assessing and tracking the progress of community initiatives, coordinating local resource mobilization efforts, encouraging active citizen engagement in developmental programs, ensuring adherence to occupational health and safety standards, upholding ethical practices and principles of transparent governance, compiling and analyzing data related to developmental activities, and collaborating with relevant parties to coordinate public participation forums.
Requirements:
To qualify for this grade, candidates must meet the following criteria:
A recognized institution must confer a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration/Management, Community Development, or any related Social Science discipline.
A computer applications certificate is required for this position.
