Role Purpose

The role holder will prospect, engage, and convert corporate clients into long-term contractual partnerships while driving structured B2B revenue growth across pharmacy, grocery, and essential product lines.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect, engage, and convert corporate clients into signed contracts.

Drive structured B2B revenue growth across pharmacy, grocery, household essentials, and related services.

Build long-term corporate relationships to generate repeat business.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Pharmacy, and Finance teams to deliver client value.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in B2B or corporate sales, preferably within FMCG, retail, healthcare, pharma, or service environments.

Demonstrated ability to prospect, negotiate, close, and manage corporate accounts.

Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.

Results-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working with targets.

High integrity and professionalism — critical for a pharmacy-led environment.

Ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Qualifications

BA/BSc/HND , Diploma
