Demonstrates strong self-direction and initiative in managing the timely delivery of all trial materials to designated locations.
Develop and sustain accurate demand forecasts and packaging strategies to ensure clinical supplies are promptly available, aligning with project specifications.
Launch packaging initiatives in collaboration with the designated vendor, while monitoring progress to guarantee punctual fulfillment of all deliverables.
Monitor and, as needed, revise the assigned Interactive Response Technology (IRT) systems to maintain accurate and efficient management of study inventory.
Develops and implements the distribution plan while ensuring that the designated vendor(s) adhere to it.
Deliver continuous monitoring of project budgets to ensure seamless execution aligned with client-approved cost estimates.
Ensures complete adherence to all assigned training requirements and consistently integrates acquired knowledge into daily operations.
Stay current with all relevant Gap and regulatory standards pertinent to this position.
Facilitates essential discussions with clients and vendors to address Clinical Supply Chain matters or provide progress updates as needed.
Delivers administrative assistance to the Clinical Trial Supplies team as needed.
Oversees the systematic evaluation and appraisal of Temperature Excursions submitted to the VIA Clinical Trial Supplies team.
Performs comprehensive and periodic risk management evaluations to ensure all potential risks are methodically assessed, and suitable mitigation strategies are implemented.
Candidates must possess the requisite educational background, relevant knowledge, and formal qualifications necessary to fulfill the essential functions of the role.
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a scientific or business-related discipline is required.
Seeking candidates with one to two years of hands-on experience in clinical trials within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
Additionally, candidates are expected to possess a minimum of one year of relevant experience within Clinical Supplies Chain Management, encompassing roles in Supply Chain, Packaging, Distribution, or Interactive Response Technology (IRT) functions.
Proven hands-on experience with Interactive Response Technology (IRT) systems is required.
Proven capability to effectively manage projects from initiation to completion with strong organizational and leadership skills.
Demonstrated skill in fostering productive collaborations with both internal teams and external partners is essential.
Aptitude for conveying information clearly and providing decisive leadership.
Demonstrates strong analytical skills to effectively troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with efficiency and precision.
Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, among other applications.
