Develop and implement a targeted retail strategy that encompasses key customer segments, product offerings, sales channels, and distribution methodologies, all within the predefined risk tolerance framework.

Provide strategic direction and management for the branch network to enhance deposit growth, quality lending, customer acquisition, and transaction volumes.

Deliver measurable improvements in Retail Banking financial outcomes by expanding profitability, increasing deposits and lending volumes, and enhancing operational efficiency to align with established business objectives.

Deliver consistent, individual performance aligned with established targets while advancing Retail Banking business goals in accordance with the Bank’s performance management framework.

Drive disciplined expansion of the retail lending portfolio while maintaining rigorous accountability for portfolio integrity, which includes minimizing non-performing loans, optimizing recovery efforts, implementing restructures, and executing portfolio remediation initiatives.

Enhance credit underwriting standards, portfolio monitoring processes, early warning systems, and risk controls to mitigate the recurrence of historical asset quality issues.

Establish and uphold rigorous performance benchmarks for Branch Managers and Retail teams, encompassing critical areas such as sales targets, service excellence, regulatory adherence, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation.

Drive operational efficiency, automate critical processes, migrate key channels, and optimize costs to enhance productivity while reducing the overall cost-to-serve.

Ensure complete adherence to CBK regulations, internal policies, audit mandates, and governance frameworks throughout the Retail Banking division.

Drive the Retail Banking teams to achieve excellence by cultivating an environment of high performance, accountability, customer focus, and risk consciousness.

Identify potential areas for growth and collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop, price, and introduce customized products and services for retail and high-value customers while tracking their performance.

Partner with branch managers to develop and execute strategic initiatives aimed at revitalizing branches that are currently operating at a loss.

Performs additional duties as required or assigned on an ongoing basis.
