THE OPPORTUNITY

The Corporate Affairs Coordinator plays a pivotal role in cultivating and maintaining the organization’s external relationships, fostering meaningful stakeholder engagement, and safeguarding its social license to operate, with a primary operational emphasis on the Nairobi Plant.

This position serves as the primary daily liaison between the organization and local stakeholders, responsible for managing community, local authority, regulatory, and partner engagements in a structured, documented, and responsive manner to ensure full alignment with the Group’s corporate affairs and sustainability strategy.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management involves cultivating and maintaining strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. The role requires the ability to identify, analyze, and prioritize stakeholder needs and concerns, fostering trust and collaboration across internal and external networks. Responsibilities include developing tailored engagement strategies, facilitating transparent communication, and resolving conflicts to mitigate risks and enhance decision-making.
