Seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team, the ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required, and familiarity with industry-specific software is strongly preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, they will act as a liaison between departments, fostering strong working relationships to drive organizational success.

Minimum relevant work experience of at least five years from a reputable organization is required.

A recognized institution must award a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Supply Chain Management.

Hold active registration as a Member in good standing with the Kenya Institute of Supplies Management (KISS).

Possesses proven proficiency in utilizing various computer applications.

Job Responsibilities

Conducting comprehensive assessments of procurement-related systems, policies, procedures, and practices within both public and private sector organizations.

Offering expert guidance on measures to deter corruption specifically within procurement activities.

Crafting comprehensive guidelines and establishing optimal practices aimed at preventing corruption within public procurement procedures.

Mainstreaming integrity and anti-corruption standards and best practices within procurement processes;

Evaluating, assessing, and delivering feedback on the anti-corruption indicator within the public service Performance Contracting framework.

Crafting comprehensive Corruption Prevention Guidelines focused on procurement and related functions, these will be designed for implementation across both public and private sector institutions to enhance sector-wide integrity.

Overseeing the execution of anti-corruption measures across multiple organizations to ensure adherence to ethical standards and regulatory compliance.
