"Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission"
The Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACH) operates as a statutory agency established under Section 3(1) of the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission Act, 2011.
In accordance with Section 4 of the Act, the Commission comprises a chairperson and two additional members, both selected in compliance with the Constitutional requirements and the provisions outlined in this Act.
Under Section 16(1) of the Act, the Commission is mandated to appoint a suitably qualified individual as Secretary through an open, competitive, and transparent recruitment process, subject to approval by the National Assembly.
