Conduct critical path analyses, schedule compression evaluations, and delay assessments. Generate earned value management (EVM) reports, including CPI/SPI tracking and visual dashboards with traffic-light indicators. Conduct site visits to evaluate progress firsthand. Oversee contractors and consultants, while ensuring adherence to contractual obligations. Perform scenario analyses to optimize procurement sequencing, resource allocation, and logistical strategies. Draft technical memoranda and briefing documents in alignment with international program management standards. Utilize ERP Next for project controls and Google Workspace for document management, incorporating AI-enhanced workflows.
What We Are Looking For
Domain Background: BSc/BEng in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Architecture from a recognized Kenyan university. We value domain knowledge as the foundation for planning competence.

Technical Fluency: Demonstrated experience or strong proficiency in scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project, along with a solid grasp of data-driven analysis and spreadsheet modeling techniques. Capable of clearly articulating project management challenges and overseeing on-site execution by developing comprehensive Money-Ready Plans (MRPs)—encompassing technical specifications, cost estimates, logistical arrangements, and quality assurance measures. Skilled in managing teams, both internal personnel and external contractors, to ensure cohesive collaboration. Proficient in leveraging AI-assisted workflows for enhanced operational efficiency.
